This was a good business 12-15 years ago but it's in its ultimate decline unfortunately. 95% of the time they don't call back, 75% of the time they don't have what you need and 100% of the last 15 times I've went there they couldn't help and this last time they said they aren't even selling parts until October (two weeks from now) unfortunately their zeal for business is no longer there. Don't waste your time and I wish them the best.

We called multiple times and tried to come in place stinks like cat piss and cat poop all over the place place has a strong stank Oder in the women in there needs to work on her customer service me and my friend walked in and she didn’t greet us or say anything just behind her computer ignoring us and then I told her myself she needs to work on her customer service I will never go here again or recommend it to anyone I’ll drive to Missoula before I go here again

I left orders in person for parts information 3 times in the last 4 or 5 months and waited for a call back. It never came..I called them today and gave them one more chance. When they finally gave me the price,, I asked if the part was off the vehicle. They said "If you give us your credit card info. We will take the part off and call you. I said they need to take the part off and call me and I will come and pick it up when it is ready.They said no. I have done business many times with them through the years.. The woman behind the counter told me they didn't need my business anymore.I have always held Neil the owner in high esteem. But Will never do business with them again unless there is an apology.. Highly unreliable and rude.

Same experience as Stephen. I have tried to find out if they have a couple of parts for well over 2 months now, called a few times with the same response "What do you need, let me get my guy to check and I'll call you back" have never gotten a call back. I WANT to give these people money, but they don't want it.

Very shady business practices and they have no problem lying. They will deliberately hurt you, to make a profit, not return calls to force you into paying days of excess storage fees, if you leave negative, and real reviews they will punish you by keeping your belongings. Sharla doesn’t answer calls, is petty, and plain rude. The business practices seem borderline illegal and most definitely unethical. I am reporting them to every bureau and licensing department as they are obviously not BBB accredited, not shocking given their practices. They scrap cars before owners have a chance to get their belongings, they seem to be skirting Montana state towing laws regarding their two lots, they will also lie to you about which lot has your vehicle to create confusion and extra costs for you.
