NAPA Auto Parts

unfriendly at best Response to Response: ya know, the offer to call them so they can look into it is so disingenuous - a sad attempt at pretending at social welfare. When NAPA does not clearly support all of humanity as demonstrated by their lack of support of said humanity to the point where they throw money and support to those who seek to harm others, why should anyone who represents NAPA treat anyone as if they had dignity for the pure sense of being a human? Get with it. No is fooled here, and I'll choose to ride the bus over shopping again at your stores for car care needs.

I feel like napa is one of those things you will always be able to count on for service and at the very least helping you get to where you are going. I've never had a bad experience, it helps to look up their inventory online. They are a smaller store but what they do have is quality products.

I liked the Perry Hall location.I wish it was still there. It was a good store that only had 2 years.I thought it was doing pretty well.

Good parts store. Normally has what you need or can get it the next day. The best thing is the counter help has experience and are very helpful unlike the other part stores that have kids working the counter and don’t have a clue what they are doing or knowledge of vehicles. The only reason for the 4 stars is the parts could be cheaper and be competitive with the other chain stores

Generally good inventory. Prices are a bit higher than other parts stores, and the commercial side isn't easy to get set up, butt good service overall. SA BEST TIRE INC.
