NAPA Auto Parts

Made a simple online order and was charged. I’ve been IN the store for 30 min, while they call their online order support. Do NOT do an online NAPA order, and avoid this incompetent store. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I can't shop here any longer because they are way too picky with returns. I purchase a part that was defective and tore during assembly. They refused to let me return it, even though I had a receipt. You can't do that anymore, guys. EVERYONE else will accept returns, sight unseen. And that's why from now on, I'm shopping EVERYWHERE else but here.

Great parts at a great price. They will honor price match and have a massive selection of parts. Much nicer than local competitors. Best of all the customer service is excellent. One of the best parts stores in town for sure.

The team here consistently demonstrates exceptional helpfulness and attentiveness. They went above and beyond by thoroughly searching the store for specific bolts required for my project. Despite the bolts ultimately proving unsuitable, a full refund was promptly processed on the same day, without any complications. Furthermore, their expertise regarding the products offered is readily apparent. It was just my water pump that needed replacement. Thanks for all the help.
