Saved my Canadian bacon. I called early in the A.M The boys were about to get the required fittings in a few short hours. After my morning surf session. I met up at Napa, had them make the hose (HPOP TO OIL RAIL) 97, ford 7.3. They even gave me a deal at $87 And I was up and rolling within 1hr. Great service. Friendly staff. Great store!

If I could give them 0 STARS I WOULD. 7 people working. No one acknowledged us for 15 min. While they all stood around and talked to each other. Worst parts store in SLO county.

Awesome customer service!! We were having a hard time finding the correct sized ball hitch for our travel trailer. Once we bought it here and took it home we realized we didn't have a big enough socket to get it tight. Came to Napa to get a huge socket and breaker bar (with help from Evan). Went to the parking lot and realized that the design of my system wouldn't allow the socket to fit around the nut, so I went back inside and Evan did his best to help me. He then recruited Ron for further assistance and we were able to get everything squared away right in the parking lot! Truly above-and-beyond service! Thank you, Evan and Ron!
