the girl that works there is loud obnoxious and rude how she has a job in customer service is beyond me.
No wonder Napa auto parts is losing business. They can't get their products straight when they advertise them on their website
Our local Napa here in Berlin is great. All the guys are really nice and helpful. I really enjoy the community feeling you get when going in.
Guy working at the counter says very seriously "doubt me again and ill kill you" then tried to charge $5 more for absolutely no reason. Very unpleasant. Will not be returning.
I appreciate the guys at this location. Being a female that knows a lot about mechanics is usually met with some rude remarks. Not here! Their the kindest parts place around.
