I cannot begin to express the high-quality of Customer Service, well above and beyond what anybody could ever anticipate, that I received from this auto body shop up north! I recently had an accident in Conway and decided to have my car towed up to Paul’s, as I used to live in Berlin for practically 30 years. Long story short, this shop had to put up with a lot of nonsense from my insurance company, waiting and waiting and storing this vehicle all this time which has now been two months and practically two weeks. I visited Paul's Auto Body to have my NH inspection done. He and his staff were terrific. He got me right in and there were no extra required items that "needed" to be fixed. It was a quick, pleasant visit. They are honest people and I would highly recommend them for any of your auto needs.

Theres no place better in town to bring your vehicle. Claude and Terry are fantastic to work with. Not only do I trust them with my vehicles, I trust that they will treat me fairly when it comes to the bill. They and the crew are good, honest, hard working people that I can’t say enough about.
