Why I shop local and not on line. I purchased a starter for my car because a friend said he would/could do it. Well he climed under my car and looked 🙄 well you get it. Never opened the box and they took it back. Great customer service. Nice people will give all my business to them.

The woman behind the counter ( sorry I didn't get her name ) was so helpful, understanding and patient with me. Made me laugh and made my day. The parts were ordered and already paid for prior to my arrival. I was in and out of there in record time. Thank you Napa Auto in Sayville, NY!

Thank you, Dana! My husband and I are visiting our Mom from Florida. We drove up since we wanted to avoid airports and big crowds. Our truck stop/brakes lights were not turning off. We explained to Dana in detail what we had done to troubleshoot the problem. Dana right a way told us what she thought the problem was. She ordered the part we picked it up in less than 24 hours and Bingo our truck is fix. We can’t thank Dana enough. We will be able to get on the road as schedule thanks to Dana!!! Ordered my parts online. In short amount of time received email that parts are ready to be picked up. I chose to do curbside due to the pandemic. I arrived, I called, they came out and put parts in my trunk. The woman who came out was so nice and wore a mask! A++.for NAPA Auto Parts in Sayville, NY.
