Terrible customer relationships. My husband ordered parts so I could pick them up since I was in town. 1st I was told not to order online as it was too hard for them and they got nothing out of it. This is something I have done at every other parts store in town including the old NAPA Then when the other saleswomen came to sort it out she refused to give me the parts because I was not the person who ordered it. However she let me cancel the order without being that person. She was not only rude but had no knowledge about how online orders work, obviously

Jen and Josh are the friendliest, most knowledgeable people you could ask for. Quick, next day delivery of almost any part you would need. And the store is clean and well kept. There are also literally thousands of parts in-store to get you back on the road. As far as I am concerned, there is only one auto parts store in town, Napa.

Excellent customer service! Brian and crew always greet me first thing walking in and offer to help me find whatever I'm looking for! Most definitely my go-to parts house!

I needed help finding out what I actually needed and the staff was kind and helped me figure our exactly what I needed. There was 2 staff and I was greeted by both at different times. Lots of items to choose from including specialty tools. The only down fall was the amount of time or takes to check out. It was like a 6 step process to run my debit card and get me a receipt.

There's often a wait, and prices aren't always the best, but in my experience, you're more likely to find oddball parts in stock. They happen to be the only local place that I know of that stock Optima batteries and AMSOIL.
