O'Reilly Auto Parts

This store in a matter of months has gone from one of the best to come to Sidney to me avoiding coming in at all costs. Management must be terrible because turnover is incredible. Lately if you come in you had better have ordered all you parts online for pickup or you will have all the counter people avoiding eye contact hoping someone else will help you. Also trying to look up parts with the counter people has gotten taxing to say the least. I walked out today after waiting for a rediculous amount of time while the one person who helped at the counter went in the back to look for my parts. There were 3 people working and I was the sole person in the store.

I love this location! I almost never have to come back because I was given the wrong part. Service is very friendly and swift! The staff is great about check engine codes. Very knowledgeable, and will even help change wiper blades (which when it’s 20 below outside) is extremely courteous! I’d give them a perfect ten if it was an option! Thanks guys:)

I just can’t give you 5 stars. My parts were sent back after I told them when I was going to pick them up. I offered to pay over the phone and was told NO. Later I found out they did but he didn’t. Not cool amigo

Amazing customer services. Treated me as an equal instead of dumb because I know very little about cars. Took the time to answer my silly questions with no judgement. Helped me fix my car as a single mom with out the disrespect (talking to you napa and carquest) will always come here for all my cars needs! Every employee there rocks and to receive the recognition they deserve!!!!!

I had to replace a car battery because my old battery went bad while at Sidney, Mt. I was there seeing a doctor because I had the flue. A friend with me after I purchased the battery told the parts ladies there, I had the flue and shouldn't be out there changing the battery in the cold. One of the parts ladies came out and helped me replace the battery. She did most of the work and I will for ever be grateful. O'Reilly auto parts in Sidney are the best and their employees give this store an A+. Any auto parts I need will be from O'Reilly's they have more earned all my business. Thank you!
