NAPA Auto Parts

I had a great experience here when my check engine light went on. I called beforehand and brought my car in to get a diagnostic reading and went along my way. Needing the parts for the repair a few weeks later this was the first place I called. Fast forward 4 weeks later after another check engine light went came on. I entered the store to a different set of employees and was told "we don't do that here" telling me that they don't have the capabilities to read the diagnostics. Ownership should really address this. I don't know of any auto parts store that won't provide this service wanting to sell parts to the public.

Worth 1000 words… I told them their prices were pretty high, but I needed the parts today so I just bought them… But they could easily look at Cost cutting as the employee was sitting there playing video games when there’s tons of work to be done adds a negative value to this business. I would just erase that cost hire someone who cares/ wants to work.

More of a parts distribution center than a store front, but the people who work here are amazing - they helped me with getting a good battery for my car when my old one was dying at a better price than the nearby Walmart

Although I do not drive. A friend of mine had asked me to price out some wiper blades for her. So I went in with the information on hand and the gentleman I should say young man behind the counter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I left there feeling confident with the information I have received
