NAPA Auto Parts - So Cal Auto & Truck Long Beach

I called and these guys are horrible with customer service. First guy picked up the phone I didn't understand a word he said. I hung up called back second guy answer by saying hello! Like I was bothering him and never said the script ex:("hi thanks for calling Napa") if they have that script. So I ask the guy were I'm calling and I mentioned to him what happened to the other guy he said he had heard the other guy answering my call and told me to hold on. Which I told him I did not understand. Second guy has the nerves to tell me after it's not a big deal so what do I need help with?; Again! The way he sounds like I was bothering

Yes but dont buy your f350 power steering pump here because they will not help you remove the old pulley to put on your new pump. I went to Liberty to get the pulley off and they charged me $45! Smackdown!

I'm a local business here in Long Beach and I have tried many times to order parts from Napa and every time they never have the parts in stock or can't seem to find them in their system at all. Over the last month or so I've called about 12 times and each time the customer service gets worse. I called last week for a part and the young lady that answered assured me that they had the part that i was looking for in stock. I then told my boss that I had found the part that we needed at Napa, and I also told him the price to which he replied with are you sure it's the right part and price? I then doubted myself, so I called the young lady back on speaker phone and asked her if she can please repeat the price and part that I was looking for to which she replied with the price and part that I wa

We needed a thermostat for a Mini Cooper. NOBODY including the dealer could find us the right part. Juan and Laura found us the part that was only used 3 months that year. They also found it in a store. They called the store confirmed it was there and had them place it on hold for us. Great customer service!

They advertise parts on line. Once you get there to buy it they say they don't stock it any more.... Then remove the part fron on line listing and don't waste peoples time.. I don't think I like to shop at Napa nor would I recommend that place to any one to shop.... They play irresponsible game to get you in. the store....
