I love these guys!! Mike is the man! I couldn’t find the fuel pump for my truck even at the Dodge dealer. But Mike found it for me. It took 2 days or so to get it but he got it. Victoria assisted in the search for the impossible-to-find pump. Thank you both. The effort that was demonstrated by both of these individuals were bar none. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!!

Terrible horrible customer service at this store. Went in for help was rudely told that they couldn't help me. Called manager and left message cause he didn't answer phone. He never called back. Then we had to haggle to get a refund. Now I know why there are so few napa stores left. I was hoping this one would be different.

I received great service. The part that I needed was not available, but they ordered it and I had it the next morning. Thank you.

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable and very friendly! I’ve been there numerous times for several different vehicles and they always had what I needed. If it wasn’t in stock they could order it from another store same day or from out of town and have it the next morning. Very pleased with my experiences there. Highly recommend!!
