The benefits of shopping locally! Yesterday I was driving through a construction zone when a couch flew out of the back of the truck in front of us. We swerved into the recently tarred shoulder and our new, white, SUV was quickly covered in tar. We went to the Spearfish NAPA and not only did Jesse (and staff) help search the shelves for the most appropriate tar removal products, but they came out to my vehicle to ensure the product chosen was actually effective before I purchased it. Gold star on customer service and we will definitely be repeat customers! Thank you!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They open Super early in case somebody needs something from the distance and needs to get back to their facility. Limited shelf space for small common items.

Haven’t been back in 7yrs now because of letting someone else charge parts on my account after me specifically saying to not do so but they still allowed it, all of a sudden I get a invoice of over $17k, few years back I requested a complete print out of each and every item that was charged on my account and never to this day got that at all, used to be my go to place for anything and Larry and Allen was the best but after the few interactions I got from them never again, they need to go after the person that ran the charge bill up which they know exactly who it was and stop harassing me, I always kept my bill paid and up to date, Update….. requested yet another detailed print outs of everything and a call back from who owns it now and again nothing
