NAPA Auto Parts - Speights Auto Parts Inc

I cannot give Sherwood tires enough stars for the customer service and care they provided. Me and my family were on a cross country trip and had numerous car problems and kept getting taken advantage of until we were sent to Sherwood tire by someone affiliated with speights Napa auto. They sent us a recommendation quickly! They squeezed us in quickly, figured out what was going on, and got us all the way back home with no stops. They were thorough and quick! Wish I lived closer so I could be a loyal customer. I will now be a loyal Napa Auto care customer when looking for auto repair. Thank you!!!

Napa may not be the cheapest parts store in town, but they DO have the best quality parts, IMO. Also, Scott and the rest of the staff are very helpful, and quite knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Excellent Experience.... Didn't get the Young Lady's name She had a Beautiful 2 tone Bob haircut...and all though she Didn't have what I needed....She was Very Helpful.....Nice Folks

went to check out but the main register was busy so I went to the lady sitting on the stool who didn’t say a word and barely looked at me while she rung me up. I guess customers aren’t valued here.

I went into the store to see if they had the parts I needed, and I wasn’t even greeted by the front desk lady. Turned around and went to autozone.
