Went in to get wiper blades Alvin was amazing help but his coworker Shane just sitting in a chair scrolling on his phone laziest employee I ever seen didn’t even get up to help him when it got busy for Alvin

Went in for a headlight bulb today. As I walked in the door I saw a Mr. Nick coming back into the building, so I held the door open for him. He walked in and completely ignored me. Even about 2 minutes later when I was ready to check out, I walked up to the counter and he was standing there wrapping up a battery tester still failing to acknowledge my presence in any way at all. No "good morning, welcome to O'Reilly's", no "thanks for holding the door open!" He pretty much just pretended that I wasn't there and waited for the other employee, Mrs Brittany, to come out and say the only words spoken to me during my experience "I'll get you here". Overall it seemed like neither employee really had the motivation to provide a welcoming environment to customers. Would not recommend unless you'd l
