Always there to help. Man does this place need an update. Staff are great, but the shelves are outdated and the inventory is slim, and be prepared to wait for an order to be sent from Little Rock.

Not happy with the customer service at all. I waited all day long for the wrong part to come in andbthen they were unable/unwilling to help me eiter way I won't be going back. You people need customer service classes or something. Because for the start the lady helping me In the beginning was very rushed and left me at the counter before I was done talking to her about what I wanted. I should've taken that as a hint that they weren't interested in helping me, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for the part and the guy acted like he wanted to help but really didn't told me that we wouldn't order the part I needed. Bam wow really how do they stay o. Business!?!?!?

This review has to do with the machine shop that is connected to this NAPA. I brought in some rotors that needed to be turned. When i walked through the front door towards the counter there was one of the two gentleman that I recognized, from previous business there, talking to a customer on the phone. I had two rotors that I had wiped down very well before bringing them in, and i gently sat them on the counter to rest my hands. I still had my hands on them as they were only barely resting on the edge on the counter while I sat at on the bar stool. When the machinist turned around, and while still listening to the phone, he rudely motioned me to get them off the counter top. I immediately took them off the counter and rested them in my lap. About 10 seconds after that, his phone call ends
