Ty is the most top tier human I’ve ever meet at a store. Bent my front axle on a big pothole. Couldn’t find the part at AutoZone so I drop a block over to this place. Ty was super friendly, joked with me, then dialed in the exact thing I needed and the price was about $100 cheaper than everywhere else. The guys vibes were top tier, I usually hate going into these places but he made it easy and actually a good time. Manager material if I’ve ever seen it. Never going anywhere else.

Truck driver here. I was behind my 7:00am appointment because of a blown out trailer tire, and the guys at the warehouse were very understanding, specially your employee TJ. Checked in and unloading is, indeed, very fast. No overnight parking. There are plenty of options outside for parking, as well as a Flying J not too far away. The loading dock area is a little tight, if you’re coming in with a sleeper and a 53” trailer, you are better off coming in tail first. You cannot make a U-turn inside the loading docks area. Overall, very nice people, fast unloading. Would definitely be happy to delivery anything for them again.

Pricey but decent. Consistent waiting for someone to help, or a line to move.. staffing is clearly an issue. Mediocre at best

I have delivered loads to many NAPA Facilities , like Seattle,WA and Billings,Montana, but the Spokane,WA NAPA facility is the worst one.
