Recently my daughter's car battery began to die. Because of a mutual friends suggestion I sent her to Napa Auto Parts in Columbus. As she was buying a new battery a storm rolled in. That didn't stop Wes with Napa from finishing swapping out her battery in the storm. Top notch customer service!!!! 💪🏼

You can have all the paetts you n the world , but with no customer service or hospitality, you can suck. Went to get a part , but the worker was blunt, had no life, like they didn’t want to be there. We came in and tried to crack jokes brighten the mood and maybe they were having a bad day or didn’t want to talk to us bcuz we were a different color or something but I could definitely feel some type of vibe between them and us. They had my part though.

Great Staff..Even Greater Prices.. As an Owner Operator, an Emergency Coolant Leak can be Costly .I found the Hoses and Clamps AND CONVENTIONAL GREEN COOLANT AT A TENTH OF TRUCKSTOP PRICES!! Very Satisfied Customer and will Return when I'm in the Area.. JAMES SIMMONS SIMMONS TRANSPORT

The store was well kept, inside & out. I was acknowledged when i walked through the door. The sales associate knew exactly what i was describing. He ordered the part & it came on the date that i was told. I will use NAPA for getting patts in the future.
