NAPA Auto Parts - Springfield Auto Parts

I rarely, if ever, write reviews, but this Napa Auto Parts on Q Street in Springfield absolutely earned one. I was in a real bind with my wife’s car up on a lift and we realized we were missing some critical parts to make the repair easier. I live about 40 miles away from town, so getting the right parts quickly was a challenge. When I called the Napa store in Springfield, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They tracked down exactly what I needed right away, and when I told them that I was going to arrive just after closing, they actually made a point to keep the store open for me. I would give less than a stat if possible. Ordered parts in the morning was told would arrive around 1130. Did not receive them until after 430 and that was after I had called three times to check on them and was told they were in fact in store waiting for delivery. Delivery times are poor at best. Especially when I saw delivery car pass by at least 3 times before receiving my parts.

Didn't have what we were looking for but they said in the future will have it. Let us know that their other store in Eugene did have it in stock, so we made our way over and picked it up there. Very help and forward thinking to provide customer service!

Ordered an item online to pick up. 6 days later, I still hadn't heard from them, so I called. Lo and behold, the item is there and had been for who knows how long. I literally could have had it shipped to my house in less than 6 days. What a waste of time

Waited in line then went to the counter for lug nuts and had an impression of the stud. Parts guy made me go out and remove a lug nut to see the item. Went back in and stood in full view of the counter hoping to not have to wait in line again. Parts guy looks me right in the eye and ignores me. I am usually willing to pay NAPA’s premium prices, but now the service just isn’t worth it. Next parts store up.
