I attempted to explain my needs with a grumpy employee. He didn't understand what I was describing "which is fine". When he brought me to the isle I needed he continued to say "I don't understand what you are looking for" in a frustrated way. He than reminded me that he had to show me where the battery was that I needed and I reminded him he offered help when I walked in the store I felt like I was being talked down to after accepting help because it was offered. Let me wander the store if you're customer service is going to be like that....

Rick went above and beyond to help me find a specific product I had been searching for. Not only did he have excellent product knowledge, but he was also incredibly patient and attentive to my needs. It's rare to find such dedicated and personable service these days, and I truly appreciated how Rick made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Outstanding service every time I visit. Well staffed and efficient. Clean store, high quality goods. Going to NAPA and dealing with *actual adults* that work there is a million times better than the sketchy “green” or “orange” auto parts store. 20% discount if you have AAA membership.

Overall, amazing customer service. A woman helped me plan out all the parts I needed for my car and gave me detailed explanations on what kinds to get that would be easiest to put in at home with a buddy. I came back at a more convenient time to purchase, and Scott was able to answer more questions and he was also very informative. Even helped me carry them out. Very friendly staff I really appreciate it! Will definitely come back for all car needs 👍
