I called and got to speak to the manager Kayla at the Ithaca store, and asked if they had a few parts I needed. She was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. When I went inside they had the parts at the counter, the assistant manager Bill went outside and helped install a customers wiper. Would recommend.

They got the parts but That tall guy's got a massive attitude if he don't like his job he should find Something Else .

I came down to the Napa store to get some rear rotors for my vehicle. Worker named Rob introduced himself to me and was very helpful with questions I had. He was really respectful and understanding. Overall great customer service. I would definitely recommend people to go see rob if you need help with anything.

Kayla from NAPA went above and beyond to help me out with some hydraulic rams. She is awesome. If you ever need help, she’s the one she goes above and beyond.
