I was recently in HHI on vacation and ran into a check engine light situation. The team at Napa got the part for me in less than a day and let me borrow some tools to complete the install. Truly awesome team - would highly recommend this location!

Jim was very helpful. Came in with what I thought was a battery issue, turns out battery was fine. Even though i wasn't making a purchase and the store was very busy, Jim ran a test on my vehicle which saves a whole lot of trouble shooting time and I'll be significantly more informed if I have to go to a repair shop. Will definitely continue to use this store.

Brandi was able to determine in no time what was causing my service engine light to come on AND then did her magic on the battery. Voila.. service light is not on. Problem detected and solved in under 5 minutes. I had first called the dealership but they couldn’t see me for 4 weeks!! Who needs them when there’s Brandi!!! Thank you Brandi! 👍🤗🙏

The people at this NAPA are great. We needed some new battery connectors for our RV. Jim make the extra effort to get his crimper from home to attach the correct terminal ends to the wires we needed as well as copied my labels from the old wires to the new ones. Really professional folks. Will shop here again.
