Customer service needs work. If someone comes in to pick up an order and isn’t sure what info they’re supposed to give, the tone shouldn’t make them feel like they’re dumb for not knowing. A little patience and direction goes a long way. Don’t expect a customer to be perfectly pleasant back if they’re met with attitude first. Do better.

An associate by the name of Abe was able to locate the correct part for me after exchanging a part that was wrong. I thought all hope was lost and need to be driving out of colorado like yesterday. I got the right part because of abe and ill be able to get back on the road ASAP. Great guy!!!

When in today n was looking for a gas cap for my box truck cause no 1 had it in town. Camille helped me looked for it, then she found it Thank you again

It always seems kind of dark in there but it's an all right parts store.
