I was in there today. 10-4-23. Spent less than $8. Nobody knew me, I live 300 miles away. Clerk was super friendly. Lady at desk gave me a comp bottle of water. Outside, I needed help cranking my truck. Another friendly clerk helped without hesitation. Excellent example of customer service. Thank you.

Laziest Napa store employees.Employee wants to have an attitude about making a hydraulic hose . The guy sat in his truck until after 7:30 and went in . Then was like let me do all this and that and clock in before I help you . Customers in the store waiting on him to Come inside .

Great staff, the younger gentleman did not stop looking until he found my belts. I needed one that they didn't have in stock and he sent the young parts lady to go pick one up for me. A very big to help being that I was broke down in my semi behind the building. So if you're a trucker there's parking around back. Awesome place of business.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great parts. Super nice to me and did not treat me different because I am a female. I know that's bad to say, but it's a fact some places do dealing with autos. Prices are very competitive and you get lots better parts.

Had what I needed in stock as usual. No holdups, very polite, and business as usual. In and out. It's NAPA what else would you expect and that's why when I'm traveling enroute Napa stores are factored in our navigation.
