Vincent provided the Greatest Customer Service hands downs! While visiting StG on vacation I had to replace a front wheel hub. Vince helped with fitment of a socket for the wheel nut and grease to ensure repair went smooth, and it did. Thank You Vince, your customer service is very appreciated.

Super helpful staff! Napa is usually good but this is by far the most helpful location I’ve come across. Helped me figure out a variety of kinks /issues with belt / tensioner part #’s. Especially Shon helped me verify everything along the way and make sure everything is right. If I lived closer I’d only come to this location.

I made a mistake and dumped the acid out of my battery that I had just bought. It was ruined. Napa replaced it for free. I didn’t even ask. Wonderful service.
