This store charged me 19.99 shipping for the wrong part. Apparently you don't have to know much to work here. I contacted corporate and they refused to reimburse me for their employees screw up. I am filing in small claims court just because I can. AutoZone is cheaper and actually have knowledge of automobiles. Save yourself a lot of trouble and avoid NAPA.

I had an issue with a defective jerrycan, Kris was super helpful and they were able to swap the product out swiftly. Would highly recommend this store. Thank you Kris and Napa Auto Parts Lynchburg

Nice store but the fact that you wouldn't give us our 10% AAA discount on our order because it was an "online order" and you couldn't adjust the price was a guarantee that my husband will never again be your customer. We were standing in right at your counter showing you our AAA card but somehow there was nothing your people could do about it. That's bad business.
