NAPA Auto Parts - Tires Unlimited Inc

I come to this store at least once a week and sometimes more. These people have no ability to both anticipate problems and compensate for them. Multiple times I've put in online orders and had to call the store to ask them if it's ready for pick up. Other times, I'll order parts and they're just "not sure where they are." Half the function of this role is, you know, finding car parts. I don't have time to teach people how to do their job. Edit: I also had another online order after leaving this review. Once again, I had to call down to the store to learn that my order had been just sitting there. This is my last order from this store and part of the reason that auto parts stores like these are closing down and choosing Amazon.

I had an issue with my chainsaw. They were very nice and helped me right away. I could not recommend this place more. I am a customer for life!

What’s the point of the hours on the door and Google saying open until 5:30 if you don’t stay open until then? Showed up at 5:15 and doors were locked and lights shut off.

I went in the store to bought a truck battery. I was amazed that of the four men standing at the counter, I had to ask one of the them to wait on me. I paid and thought that the man that waited on me would at least help me with the door but that didn't happen. Thank goodness a man standing at the counter offered to take battery out, but I asked if he would get the door I would be ok. I don't think that the man that offer to help worked at the store, he just seen how rude the staff had been to me. I only give the store one star because I couldn't get this to post with No stars.

Got my spark plugs and was off to the races!
