NAPA Auto Parts - Tranzaction Technologies Prince Frederick

Today it was my first time at this store. I’m an Army Veteran and just had surgery stitches removed on my left thumb and struggle to feel what I touch due to injuries during my military service. I had my windshield replaced next door- but wanted a cheaper option for the time being to have different windshield wipers. The gentleman at the front helped me to choose the best windshield wipers for my current needs and it as raining when I bought them. After waiting for a while he helped to change them for me- not that it as required- but I highly appreciate the superior customer service! As a former mechanic in the Army- I pride myself always to care about small details- so he did today! After I left. It began to rain about 20 minutes later pretty heavily. Great auto parts store with very helpful and friendly employees

Buy your parts online. The store prices don't even match the online "in store retail" prices. And the people used to be knowledgeable. Now go in and ask and they will Google for the answer instead of pulling out a catalog. Used to be my favorite knowledgeable parts place. They have stooped to the level of the other consum er parts houses. And that isn't a compliment.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had what I needed. I needed to borrow a tool that they didn't have loose so they removed a new one from the packaging for me to use.

The guys working at this napa are top notch. I never have any issues when I go to this auto parts store. Great customer service
