Worst Napa I have ever been to. Absolutely no help and they all just sat there like they didn’t want to work. Recommend other location in Shreveport or just not going to Napa at all in Shreveport.

Employees are nice and knowledgeable. That's as far as the good goes. This is about the saddest NAPA I've ever stepped in, and if anything, these guys need to get the know how to take some bleach to a bathroom. Stay away from the bathroom! The outside looks rundown, the inside is old, unorganized, items laid all about. There are better shops nearby.

I came to this store thinking mistakenly that NAPA was the place for quality parts and decent service. I was sorely mistaken. I have a custom-built motor home with a very complex and expensive electrical system. I wanted a custom disconnect for a spare battery, and came there to have it made. They wanted nearly $100 for 6' of cable, four lugs and the disconnect, but I figured it was worth the price if it was quality. The FIRST time I was there, what I got home with was a cable with one lug barely attached to a couple strands of the cable, totally unusable. I called ahead to make sure there would be someone there to take care of it when I got back there, and was told (someone rudely) that there would be. So I drove 1/2 hr back to town to bring it in.
