NAPA Auto Parts

Purchased a scanner from Napa that doesn't work on my car. Store refused to return the item with receipt and original packaging 24 hours after purchase. Told me I have to drive it back to the original store I bought it from even though its a Napa brand Carlyle scanner. The scanner was purchased close to an hour away from des moines. Pretty bad business model especially for someone that has spent well over 6 figures on parts over the years. I will buy all my parts for my car dealership at O'Reillys from here on out.

I drive over an hour to get to this store for a reason. Their customer service is top drawer! The manager, Ryan, should be teaching classes on customer service! I always leave with the right parts and good answers to my questions.

Needed throttle body, gasket and Dorman key to reprogram. Napa was only one to get ASAP so I could get my commuter car up and running for work. Ryan and Harley were awesome!

My go to NAPA store. They are always so very friendly,helpful and courteous! The store is always so very clean and the inventory is well stocked. I drive past many other NAPA store on the way to this one.
