Napa sucks.. at least in this location. First they couldnt find any warranty records with phone number. I had a receipt and all of a sudden they found it. Then their lifetime warranty is total bs. They sell you the parts saying lifetime warranty, but when you go to use it, they will tell you we dont cover wear and tear, only manufacturer defects. And you bring them the parts to show proof that parts failed. Then still will tell you it was missed used by user. This place is junk. Take your business elsewhere. Or dont sell your parts with hopes and dreams of lifetime warranty. Dont let them get you with the lifetime warranty.

Do Not waist your time, coming to this specific Napa , and most importantly Do not trust them with your parts coming from a different warehouse, and if you do order parts with them , DO NOT pay for them until you have them on your hands , even tho you trust them "ME" , because if the part is missing or got lost they will "ASSUME" that you took the part .and not refund you the money that you paid for your part, seems like there's no inventory control, and in my opinion it doesn't matter how long the parts sits at the store, they should have a record atleast that says it was received by an employee, and as I'm standing there another customer has been there 3 times for the same part with issues,im glad it only took me a few dollars to realize, and NEVER come back to this store

I can’t say enough to thank the team and crew at this Napa Auto parts. They helped out a guy in need. I had my alternator go out, but had a Costco battery in my truck. Costco was across the street. They let my wife sit in their break room while they loaned me some tools to remove my battery and then they drove me across the street and waited for me to get the battery swapped out. Who does this? I told them I could walk, but it was 105 degrees outside. They let me borrow tools to put the battery back in. They also helped test to see what was wrong. Yep. Dead alternator. We were an hour from home. Thank you for helping a family out. We had sent our kids in a separate car. So they made it to California. We hope to be there to join them today.
