Always closed when i need them weird hours otherwise great oddest hours of a auto care store sometimes close before the time ehh it be like that

My husband had me pick up a part for a vehicle he was repairing. I know nothing about vehicle repairs. I didn't catch her name, but the counter lady was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable.

Being slightly handicapped Be nice if they'd offer some help carrying items out too car (if needed) I may not accept the help? ) **But at LEAST offer** Also?? Some of the people seem very rude and think that It's uncommon too ask questions of CERTAIN issues pertaining to Auto!! But?? Would I ask for suggestions if I knew the answer? And its a Auto Parts store!! Items sold for Autos!! If I don't know the reason my car is acting up or not normal?? They should accommodate me and others right?? Also?? Store very small and could use some cleaning!!!

A young man named Brian M. was really helpful and respectful. He showed me exactly which wipers would work for my car and even installed them for me. Hire more guys like Brian!
