They'll tell you one thing over the phone but then when you arrive at the store they tell you something different after you've already taken the time to go there. Poor customer service.
Called and asked about a battery, and if they installed. Yes they had it, and perform installation. Quick, easy, friendly, professional and great value! I will be back.
Impressed with the customer service. Bret helped me today with a complicated transaction. He was wonderful.
Not a bad store, but the one person that can build hydraulic hoses is never EVER in. If you only have one person that can build hoses, you shouldn't even have a hose press.
Felt very unwelcome in this establishment. Will not shop here anymore. Customer service calls for a special person/persons NAPA needs to create a better culture for its customers.
