Found ourselves in a 9 line bind on the interstate. Breakdowns happen and not being familiar with the area we happened upon this Napa location, WHAT A BLESSING!!! These gentleman went out of their way to assist so we could get back on the road. Local businesses like this one are ones that truly deserve support from the community. Thank you guys for everything you did for us today.

Yet ANOTHER NAPA with awesome customer service! It looks small from the outside but I assure you they most proposal have it or will definitely get it!

I don't recommend this place at all. They sold me a part that was wrong and refused to give a refund on the part and refused to look up the right belt that I needed. They are unpleasant people. I expect better from Napa.

Very friendly and helpful employees. That goes a long way with me and my hard earned money. I could easily spend it somewhere else. NAPA parts are typically higher quality than other store brands.

Went into NAPA auto parts for windshield wipers and cleaner. They have the wipers I needed in stock and they put them on my car. The store clerk was helpful and professional. The prices were reasonable and in line with the other auto parts stores.
