Went in for an alignment a while ago after replacing my upper and lower control arms, I did tell them this. When I first went in they seemed more interested in talking then helping me, even asked for a quote on a repair and never even gave it to me. But anyways, went for a while with messed up alignment cause I thought I had other issues but come to find out after ruining my tires they only did half the alignment. Will not ever go back.

If I could leave a 100 star I would! I’ve been here multiple times throughout the last 5 years and every time I’m treated with exceptional kindness and customer service! A lot of help figuring out problems and even service on my vehicles with no charge! Amazing place and people! 💯 % recommend by me!

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the people. We were traveling through to Mississippi for our best friends funeral and my car stopped working. They got us right in and started working on it. The front desk ladies were exceptionally nice. In a time when I needed support and kindness they gave it. She even tried helping me find a rental car. Thank goodness the car was fine and they didn’t even charge for diagnostics for us in this time. I am so appreciative I can’t even believe that it happened. This place is a true blessing and are such great people.

My car broke down while on the way to family vacation in Florida and the team at Warrior was exceptional. They got us in quickly, let my wife and 3 young kids use their break room, helped me coordinate a rental car, and repaired the car quickly. They did excellent work and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

if I could give them zero stars, I would. My car had broken down and had it towed to this place to get fixed. They told me my two batteries to my jeep were bad and cannot be used as well as I needed a fuse fixed for my car. They charged me $300 for my main battery that was perfectly fine. I had gotten it checked at two different places and it was great. They lied about my battery and the receptionist had attitude the whole experience with them as well. Awful place, cost me over $1,000 which should’ve been around $600-700 I would not recommend.
