Some experiences here are good, other times you have to make multiple trips to get the right part. You know, about the same as any parts store. Seems like you can visit every auto part store in Warsaw, and still not have the dang part you need. Have ordered parts straight off napa.com a few times.

I came in with my parents old car that needed new wipers. I love that they will come out in the rain and measure and replace your wipers for you. In and out with new wipers installed in less than 10 minutes, with friendly service to boot.

All the employees are very rude and act like they don’t want to do their job. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes while 5 employees walked right past and didn’t even ask if I needed help. Not sure why these parts guys feel so entitled.

Biggest Napa, supposedly. The guy I dealt with was cool and I got what I needed

Bought a battery for a jet ski that had a “6 month warranty.” After 4 months, battery wouldn’t charge above 6 volts, so couldn’t start it. After dealing with that for a bit, took it in to Napa for replacement. I guess I’m supposed to hold on to a battery receipt for 6 months in order to honor that. I more expected it to just work instead. The guy behind the desk obviously didn’t want to deal with anyone and wouldn’t look me up unless I had a commercial account. Ended up driving elsewhere to buy another battery so that they won’t get a single dime from me again. Wasted way too much time on something that I shouldn’t have had to deal with at all.
