Today I had a fantastic experience purchasing my car parts. Allen was a true professional!! He had a good attitude and helped me get what I needed!! It was the easiest $918.73 spent at an Auto part store. I will definitely be back to purchase the remanufactured engine to go with the parts I purchased!!
NAPA has always had what I needed. The guys at the North end store are friendly and knowledgeable.
By far the best place in town to purchase anything car related. I have never had a remotely bad experience, which is something that can't be said about other auto parts shops. The staff here is smart and genuinely wants to help its customers.
They always have the parts I need when I need them.
My experience here was phenomenal. I won't be going to a different auto parts store locally. Had what I needed. Service was prompt and accurate with knowledgeable employees, couldn't ask for a better experience!
