Scott, I want to give you advice! You do not know who is walking through that door, what they're facing or what they're about! Being grumpy, greeting customers with only "what" is unprofessional and unacceptable you need to be trained, and supervised! There is no excuses, there was nobody in the store, accept me! If management accepts you then I go somewhere else! It's time to go play golf sir! I will take my business and money to a place that's respectful! That will greet me instead of saying WHAT, Scott I hope you see this, put yourself in my shoe! Disrespectful

Better tool selection many more tools. They habe all car parts or order them. They habe many accessories. Wish they sold LED bulbs stop selling old junk at insane prices NAPA is it not time to sell only led bulbs? You can sell then for 40 a set and sell millions of them instead of doing them at 99 and sell hundreds what do I know though ? Im not in big business . Make hundreds of millions giving a customer a deal or just hundreds thousand dollar being greedy

Terrible customer service. The women that work there r clueless. Couldnt find my part than ordered it. Came to pick it up next day and they still couldn't find it. I will never go back to that loction again!
