Returned a core and there employee had me put the core away I don’t work for you and when I bought the battery it was like I was bothering them customer service is key to selling product I will never be back

I have recently made the switch to Napa from another local discount auto supply chain. I chose to switch because the better quality in parts Napa offers. Come to find out they offer better service too. Excited to be doing business here going forward.

I went into the store to get some window cleaner because my new wiper blades suck. While I was in there, I was talking to the guys about hard water spots on my back window. One of the guys mentioned a new product that he had just received in. He offered to try out this new product on my window. After talking with him, we decided that new wiper blades were what I needed. So, in short they guys at the shop went above and beyond, helping remove hard water spots and clearing up the vision through my front window.
