We had such an amazing experience here. They really went above and beyond for my family. We got stranded there when my car broke on our way back from Myrtle Beach. Thomas helped my husband for at least an hour in helping his air filter. The nicest lady in front ( didnt catch her name) used her own money to buy my 3 kids snacks from the work vending machine. We are so appreciative of them and it was such a great experience at this store highly recommended.

Months ago I was able to get paint for my vehicle custom ordered. Today I walked in was barely greeted and then made to feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. At that point even if the man, Dozzle, would have changed his demeanor towards me I STILL would have walked out. Paint ordered online WHILE sitting in the NAPA parking lot 🤷🏽‍♀️ I'm never pressed and I'll always find a way !!!! They need to treat people with some respect when they walk in the door instead of acting irritated by customers !!!!

This place is a JOKE!! I’ve been in this store 3 times and every time I’m never greeted by an employee, never asked do I need help, and then I always have to stand at the register for 10 mins waiting on someone to ring my order up, usually because they are off in the back chit chatting or eating.Their employees act like they don’t want to look parts up, this location is just an overall joke.

Got there 5 minutes before closing and already called ahead for a axle and they told me they were closed and refused to help me

Christopher Reid the assistant manager every time I get parts from him I have bring them back and Martha always fixed it for me. Also he does not have the proper attitude to deal with the public.
