I just wanted to thank the entire staff at the Rich Creek NAPA. I needed a new battery, stopped in and they had a one for my Chevy Express 3500, and offered to install it for me, as my disability makes that job difficult for me. In a short time, I was on my way with the confidence of a 36 month guarantee from NAPA. I learned that lesson, as the off brand one that got replaced was only 8 months old that almost cost as much. Thanks again for helping us Veterans with awesome customer service.

Well this place used to be a decent place for prices and somewhat quality part's. But my nephew has a 2015 jeep and it needed the caliper replaced on the driver's side. So we take it off go to Napa in Rich Creek, well on the phone they say they have 2 in stock. So we get there and they have 0 in stock because they failed to go look for it. They assumed it was there but part number in their computer but it's not. So we put the old one back on. Monday we go get it and brake pads. The brake pads on the side we put the new caliper on brake pads broke into 10 pieces first time I hit the brakes. That's bad enough but the caliper we got from Napa was no good as well. Also the employees that was working was not professional at all!!. Now we have to put another one on. 🤮🤮🤮🤬🤬🤬!!!

I got a low oil warning while driving a long distance. Google directed me to this NAPA. Bill was great. He checked my oil, added a quart, sold me a filter and directed me to a nearby town for service. He even called ahead to let them know I was coming and made sure they could take care of me quickly. I was back on the road in no time. Thank you Bill!

THE BEST NAPA EVER!!! especially when I see Jason Dowdy... He is the best manager there has been at the store and definitely deserves a raise

Not a bad place but need to update or change a little, I needed some brake line and they were cheaper so I downloaded the app and found 6 foot would get the job done and allowed a perches of 6 foot but I got lazy at the "fill out your info" and decided that my wife could pick it up shell be riding right by so she gets there and gotta buy the whole 25 foot for $40 something this is what bothers me, what if I woulda took the time and payed online
