I highly recommend this establishment! I found a screw in my tire and needed it patched. The tire had the foam inner lining which most local tire shops in Bluefield and Princeton would have problems with, these guys had no issues trimming the foam and plugging the tire. They got my truck in and out extremely fast with no appointment! I have taken my vehicles to just about every local shop in the Bluefield and Princeton region, and have never had a satisfactory service at any. Any balances are usually far off, they leave the interior and exterior of the vehicles dirty, and have an extended wait time, etc. One of the most impressive things that I took away from my visit was how clean the shop space and waiting area was. I broke a couple of wheel studs rotating my tires. The shop was able to locate and get ahold of new studs and lugs and get these replaced within 5 hours of me reaching out for help. They charged next to nothing for labor and really helped me out.

Called on a Wednesday with a laundry list of issues, they were quick to get me in the following day. I brought my car in on Thursday, they thoroughly looked over my car, and called me with an update on what all they found. I had my car back that evening, fixed. Pricing was beyond reasonable. Truly wonderful group! Highly recommend.

They are nice to talk to. Not rude or anything but definitely hard to work with. They say I don’t need to schedule for an oil change and tires put on to come on in. And I wanted to schedule a time so they would be expecting me. No they tell me it’ll be 2 hrs or more before they can get it done after telling me to come in. Well I went to my appointment came back at 4:20pm and they close at 5. Said they can’t do it today because they only have time for the 1 oil change they was already in the process of doing. I’m trying to bring them money but I will go somewhere else.

Went in on New Year's Eve with a flat tire. Was worried I wouldn't get it fixed. Had it repaired properly in a half hour. The young man that waited on me was very nice and friendly ! Wouldn't hesitate to go back.
