NAPA Auto Parts - Your Parts Haus

Had a Hydraulic Hose made for a customer, used old one for proper length verification, found out hose was made too long. I took hose back for credit and they said they don’t do returns on something made “even if they screwed it up”! Poor Business Practice… I have mentioned to my company to not have hoses made through Napa due to that reason.

Thanks to my experience at this one store, i am now a confirmed NAPA customer from now on. We are from out of town on an extended road trip. 7 miles from this store, the battery light went on and it began sounding like the car had marbles in the engine. I suspected it was the alternator bearings I was hearing. They did have a new alternator in stock. But the best part was Russ. He came out and confirmed my diagnosis, and after purchasing the new alternator he came out a couple times to check up on me. He brought out a large piece of cardboard to lay on. Then, when he closed up the shop, this guy walked over and spent an hour and a half helping me replace my alternator! I know I hit the store on a good day when a good guy had some time to help. I have been to this place many times while working on my car because it is close. Some of their prices are to high and I am talking about the stuff in the aisles. I have discovered recently that some of the parts from behind the counter are actually cheaper than other auto parts places. I was pleasantly surprised.
