NAPA Auto Parts - Zion

This is one of the best auto parts store I’ve ever been to. The staff are all kind, helpful, super & knowledgeable. We just moved our automotive performance & repair shop Underground Autosports to Zion. The manager, Brian, is amazing. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and goes above & beyond to meet our needs. We could not be happier. The store is well stocked, clean, and everyone has gone above & beyond for us. Thank you for all that you do for us!

I only went to this store because AutoZone didn't have my part in stock. The part I needed was $6.99 at AutoZone, $6.29 at Advance Auto Parts, and $12.99 at Napa. Unfortunately Napa was the only one in stock. I was absolutely shocked when he told me the price. Over $30 for just the one part I needed. When I explained that I didn't have enough to cover it and I would have to just leave without it that's when he said he would cut me a "deal" and sell it to me for $13 the price it actually is! I didn't know this at the time or I wouldn't have bought it there. So I guess if you're a female and you go in to buy something they will try to overcharge you first to see if you're dumb enough to buy it. This whole incident made me come up with this acronym for Napa No Adorable Parts Anywhere! I'll ne

Been going to this Napa for years. Needed a light bulb and oil filter today and they had them in stock just as they usually do. For these reasons I will rate these experiences and this place the highest possible. I have been blessed with unparalleled vision for deer and evil! ALL GLORY GOES TO GOD ... Race there to get there before closing. They close at 6. Got there at 5:57...doors locked. Go in the next day. Bunch of men just sitting around. Finally someone helps. No greeting, no thank you. Just very rude and worthless. Definitely will go elsewhere next time.

Nice store always has the parts I need. Staff is helpful
