Spot Less Car Wash

Great well maintained place, always love coming here to wash my car by hand. I remember when there were two other locations of this place-one in Waukegan(which my mom and I went to a lot until closed down in the late 10s)and another one in Gurnee(which closed sometime in the mid or late 2000s I think, only went to that one a few times). Glad this one is still around and hope it stays that way as I much prefer washing my car by hand as it's cheaper and the mist feels pretty good on a nice day. All the wash options work great.

I’m extremely disappointed with this car wash. The customer service was awful. The employee working was more focused on talking with coworkers than actually helping customers. I had to guide myself into the automated car wash with no assistance at all. Afterward, there was no direction or guidance on where to go to dry my vehicle. Overall, the lack of professionalism and customer care was very frustrating. I will not be returning.

I had my car washed yesterday. There automatic car wash . Scratched the top of my hood in about four different places one from the headlight all the way to my windshield I drive a 2000 Lincoln MKC. I will never go there again. I’m gonna sue them.

Even though it was cold, there was soap in the brush to get all the salt and dirt off the car. Great water pressure, really cleaned the car.

I liked this spot because they would scrub your car with the brush. But that is not something they do all the time with the 12 dollar package for me, and the wash without it for my car is not enough. Time to go elsewhere.
