The employees here are so RUDE! I would NOT come here if my company didn't require us to. 1. I heard an employee pretend to be Paul the owner to a customer when she asked about doing repairs to her vehicle, and after she walked out, he turned to his coworker and said, "She's homeless, so she don't matter." I believe it was Anthony that said that. 2. Yes, they DO have an outside bathroom. It gets quite busy at times. However, DO NOT tell the employees! They will either just ignore you if you tell them something is out, or lock the bathroom and "let the morning people deal with it." (That's a direct quote from Melissa.) Fish rot from the head. That tells either Paul doesn't know about his staff's behavior, and/or he encourages, both are scary. I no longer spend my personal money here; just

I have known Napa Autocare Center for a while now. I started consulting for small things until I gave them all the care of the car and I can say that they are the best mechanics I have ever met and with the best service, always honest and willing to help. I trust them and the price is fair. But the fact that Anthony and his entire team are always so helpful is priceless. Thank you so much.

They found me s tire and got me out to make my appt in Columbus. 3 person team with the cashier inside. Awesome. Especially after paying over 200 for a room not to get bedbugs. Then the shower had mold and 2 hairs out in the open

I came into the auto care shop to fix my tail light and they could not be more helpful or efficient. Immediately they gave me car the attention I needed and fixed what had to be done in less than 15 minutes. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. I have been to many different auto shops in the area and this was by far my best experience.
