NAPA West Parts and Supplies Inc - Plymouth

Counter staff is what stands out the most. Great bunch of guys who know their stuff, but can have fun among themselves as well as with their customers. Never change guys.

This store in Plymouth is excellent like an the NAPA store s. They went over and beyond. My generator in my boat died and I needed a belt with no info except the bad belt. The store was 2 1/2 miles from the harbor and we walked there The manager provided us a replacement belt and drove me and my wife back to the boat. This is service and knowledge that you can't get at the competing auto part stores. Everytime I've had an issue they solve it. That is why I only use napa. But this store went way and above their standard great customer service. Great job guys!!!

This Napa is amazing they helped me get some parts for my car they were very knowledgeable and very friendly workers I will be giving them my business for now on and I would highly recommend them

I’m my experience going to any auto part store on the south shore folks are sour and jerks… but Everyone here was super helpful. John was the main person that helped me out and was able to walk me through the paint matching and mixing process. Then he mixed up some first thing the next day that was a perfect match. 10/10 shop
