I had an excellent experience at Naperville Auto Service Center today. They helped me out with a few issues with my car. The service was superior and speedy. I have had bad experiences at car places, being dismissed or upcharged for not knowing better. This was completely different!! I felt heard and taken seriously, and they showed me on the car what they fixed and what to do in the future to ensure the same problem wouldn’t happen again. Prices were good too. I will definitely be back!

My 2016 Impala failed to start and belived it was a starter. The vehicle was towed to their location and was quickly confirmed the starter was not the issue, and did not replace the part knowing it was fully functional. They requested to pull a diagnosis to validate the true problem and was able to locate several bad grounds. Vehicle running properly without any further issues. Always friendly, no hidden charges or surprises. They are extremely honest as well as competetive rates compared to other local mechanics. Not just a tire place. We take our multiple cars there and never once did they not finish the job at estimated time or cost. Talk to Uday Patel the owner or Jose the head mechanic. They will take care of you. Rest assured that you are not going to get cheated or overcharged. Nice area to sit and wait too.

Honest local auto shop. Their quote for 50k service and brake replacement was very reasonable. Work quality was great. Another time, they didn't even charge me for a transmission related diagnosis. We will keep bringing our car back.
