I recently visited Naperville Automotive Solutions to perform brake fluid exchange and fuel induction cleaning. All work, along with a requested breaks diagnostic, has been performed within the quoted timeframe, and both Markien and Geoff were very professional and knowledgeable. Markien also took time to explain what a transmission service would look like on my vehicle given the mileage, and gave me a quote. Very happy with the service, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent service, great people. My 2015 CRV had a rear main seal leak and the dealership wanted a small fortune for the repair. Naperville Automotive Solutions fixed not only the leak but also the timing actuator and a few more issues and I still paid less than what the dealership wanted. Geoff was amazing, very knowledgeable and professional and was able to explain the process in terms that made sense to a person who doesn't know much about car parts. The technician J. First time I've taken a car to Naperville Automotive Solutions. The work that was done to address a recent vibration that had cropped up involved some troubleshooting on their part. I was impressed that the problem was found quickly and was explained in a no-nonsense but friendly way. When I picked up the the car they offered to show me the damaged parts without my asking. This is an older car and the dash was even showing that it was time for an oil change. They fixed what was wrong with the car yet did not tell me about all the other issues that could be dealt with like almost any other shops would have. Bottom line: the repairs were made and I am completely happy with the job.
