Brought in my Acura RDX for a break issue, And the dealer advise me that there was a Factory bulletin on my year and model and Checked it out and replaced my rear rotors and front shims. They let have a loaner and was done the very next day. They were very professional. My service writer Larry was excellent at Handling the service. Very satisfied. SUV is perfect.
